A man pretending to be mad was caught at
Utagbaunor/Umukwata road, Ukwani LGA
of Delta State while trying to kidnap two
children. According to Ossai Ovie, the
suspect almost killed one of the children,
before help came.
He said: “The police
has arrested the
pretending madman.

child has been taken
to the hospital .
